1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to most locations within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact our customer support for more information on shipping to locations outside of India.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, provided the product is in stock and the payment is successfully processed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Same-Day Delivery (only available in select locations): Delivery within the same day of order placement.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method, shipping address, and size/weight of the items in your order. Some products may be eligible for free shipping. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.
6. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout based on the shipping method selected. Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and actual delivery times may vary.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from shipment.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days from shipment.
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas and delivered on the same day as the order is placed (during business hours).
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen events that affect the delivery timeframe.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as missing items or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Missing or Lost Shipments: If your package is missing or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation and take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage, and we will assist you in processing a return or replacement.
8. Delivery to PO Boxes
We can deliver to PO Boxes, but please note that certain products may have restrictions. If your address is a PO Box, please check the product’s shipping details for specific information.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to remote locations that cannot be accessed by standard delivery services. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you at the earliest.
